The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting for Transport Coordinators on behalf of our busy logistics client based in Tamworth.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced transport office, providing vital operational and customer service support with the chance to secure a permanent position after a successful trial period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
- Communicate professionally with both customers and drivers
- Allocate and plan jobs to ensure on-time delivery and SLA targets are met
- Maintain continuous communication between drivers and clients
- Handle live customer issues and resolve complaints effectively
- Cost and price jobs accurately for both customer and driver
- Track real-time resource and driver availability
- Work closely with the transport team to maximise efficiency and profitability
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Friday
- 10:30 - 19:00
- 13.46 per hour
