What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant machinery in a fast-paced production environment
  • Diagnosing faults and completing timely repairs to ensure maximum uptime
  • Supporting and troubleshooting Plc controls, HMI  and inverter drives
  • Assisting with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and contributing to continuous improvement
  • Working closely with other engineers to maintain plant reliability and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent in an Electrical discipline  (Apprentice trained preferred)
  • Strong background in maintenance engineering within manufacturing, production or process plant environments
  • Confident with electrical fault finding, inverter drives, Plc controls and HMI applications
  • Basic mechanical understanding (hydraulics, pneumatics – desirable)
  • Flexible to work a rotating shift pattern
