My client is looking for a reliable and experienced Accounts Assistant to join a busy finance department of 3.Days: 2 days per week (Tues & Weds preferred, 9:00 - 17:00 - some flexibility possible)
Person Spec:
路 Experience using Sage 50
路 General finance/accounts experience
路 Available to work 2 days per week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays preferred, in-office)
Job Role:
- Post purchase invoices to Sage 50
- Update supplier control/payment schedule spreadsheets
- Post supplier bank payments after approval
- File hard-copy paid invoices appropriately
- Reconcile payments using bank statements and update spreadsheets
- Post customer receipts to Sage
- Respond to customer statement requests
- Post current account activity and inter-account transfers
- Complete bank reconciliations in Sage
- Record insurer/broker payments
- Enter credit card transactions into Sage
- Send monthly credit card statements to cardholders
