This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive environment, working closely with a senior architect to deliver projects from early design stages through to completion.The successful candidate will play a key part in the development of ongoing and new projects, contributing to concept design, technical detailing, and coordination across a range of schemes.You’ll be involved in the day-to-day management of project information, liaising with consultants, and helping to ensure that quality, programme, and compliance standards are consistently met. Collaboration will be central to the role, and you’ll be encouraged to share ideas, take ownership of your work, and develop your technical and creative skills in a studio that values professionalism and inclusivity.There will also be opportunities to support in the preparation of proposals, design reports, and presentations for both new and existing clients, helping to strengthen the practice’s presence in these important sectors. A genuine interest in education and healthcare design, alongside a desire to stay informed about sector-specific developments and sustainability best practices, will be highly regarded.Requirements
  • ARB / RIBA qualified Architect
  • Preferably experienced within ArchiCAD, however not essential
  • UK planning, building regulations, and procurement knowledge
  • Beneficial if you have technical knowledge of Healthcare HBNs and HTMs, Education DfE bulletins and DfE independent School Standards
