Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Taunton Outskirts (own transport required due to rural location)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: Up to 24K PA
Hours: 9am - 5pm Mon-Thurs, 9am-4pm Fri (36.5 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

As the Sales Administrator, you will:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain and update customer and sales records.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth information flow.
  • Prepare basic sales reports and assist with data entry tasks.
  • Support the sales team with administrative duties and meeting arrangements.
  • Assist with creating simple promotional materials or presentations when required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, or a sales support role (ideally within manufacturing or similar environment).
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and keen to learn CRM systems.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to develop within the role.
