Skilled Machine Operators

Pay: £12.75 – £14.50 per hour

Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 08:00–16:30
• Friday: 06:00–12:30

Location: Taunton

Start Date: Immediate starts available

We are recruiting experienced Cardboard Packaging Machine Operators to join a fast-paced production environment. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining cardboard packaging machinery to ensure an efficient workflow and high-quality output.

• Operate cardboard packaging machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance
• Monitor product quality and respond to issues promptly
• Work with colleagues to meet daily production targets
• Maintain a clean and safe working area

• Experience operating cardboard or packaging machinery (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy manufacturing setting
• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
• Understanding of health and safety practices
