We are currently working with a highly successful dealership in the Taunton area who are looking to appoint an experienced Workshop Controller to join their team.
The Role
This is one of the busiest and most important positions within a dealership environment. You'll be responsible for:
- Assigning and managing workloads for Vehicle Technicians.
- Planning all incoming work to ensure smooth running of the workshop.
- Maximising team productivity and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Overseeing quality standards and maintaining efficient workflow.
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful, you'll need:
- Previous Motor Trade experience, ideally as a Workshop Controller or Senior Technician.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A proven track record of performance in a workshop setting.
- A full, valid UK driving licence.
