We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the delivery of Hard FM services at the Beacon Centre Oncology Unit, Musgrove Park Hospital, Taunton. The ideal candidate will start by 01/06/2025 or earlier for handover. This role involves managing the CAFM system (Maximo), ensuring all planned and reactive works align with contractual requirements, and overseeing subcontractor activities. You will advise on remedial works, assist with monthly client performance reporting, and ensure compliance with our clients procedures. The position requires active supplier management to deliver best value, support in managing account finances, and ensure adherence to commercial procedures. Identifying business risks, supporting audits, and performing appointed person duties are crucial for this role.
Skills:
Understanding of facilities management and service delivery
Experience managing subcontractors
Excellent communication and client-partnering skills
Familiarity with CAFM systems (Maximo preferred)
Proven IT proficiency (Outlook, Microsoft Office, data management)
Ability to manage suppliers effectively
