In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for clients, supporting Mortgage Advisers and ensuring every stage of the client journey runs smoothly.The role

Support clients and advisers throughout the mortgage process, managing cases proactively and efficiently
Liaise with lenders, insurers, and solicitors to provide seamless support
Ensure client records and case files meet compliance and data protection standards
Help implement effective processes and support smooth office operations
Provide general admin support, including post, meeting coordination, and office duties
