As they continue to evolve and grow, WCI are now seeking a Director of Marketing to take ownership of the company’s marketing function. Based at their Wiveliscombe headquarters, this pivotal role will be responsible for shaping and executing a robust marketing strategy, overseeing agency partnerships, and ensuring all activity aligns with commercial objectives and customer segmentation insight.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a salary of up to £70,000, dependent on experience. Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be predominantly office-based and will need to have experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of compelling and effective marketing content across multiple channels including LinkedIn, Mailchimp, print collateral, and newsletters.
- Take a proactive lead on all marketing initiatives, driving projects from concept through to execution.
- Manage and maintain the company website to ensure content is engaging, current, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Monitor and respond to regulatory updates, ensuring marketing practices adhere to industry standards and promote operational excellence.
- Design and implement targeted campaigns to both B2B and B2C audiences, with a focus on customer segmentation and performance tracking.

- A proactive and creative marketer, you bring expertise in content creation, blog writing, copywriting, and digital media.
- Skilled in both traditional and digital marketing methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in managing and delivering full-cycle marketing campaigns.
