£33,000 to £38,000 (DOE) + Increasing Holidays (Up to 25 Days) + Bank Holidays + Free Parking + Sick Pay

37.5 Hours per Week - Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:00, Friday 08:30 to 14:00

Contracts Coordinator required for a leading engineering company who are going through an exciting period of growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leader who hold a global reputation for the quality of their work.

This role would suit an experienced Contracts Coordinator, Project Manager or Account Manager with experience handling multiple contracts. Candidates from any industry are encouraged apply.

The successful Contracts Coordinator will be responsible for managing new machinery contracts and will be the key point of contact to customers once their order has been placed. You will liaise with internal departments, such as the design team, to relay updates and information to customers and ensure all documentation is products and dispatched on time.

You will also be responsible for supporting the team with their ongoing marketing activities as they move this function in house. Experience with this is not required.

 

The Contracts Coordinator Role:

· Manage multiple new machinery contracts at a time

· Point of contact for customers

· Monitor contract performance, including timing and financially

· Update customers on progress through regular meetings with internal teams

· Support with imports/exports

· Supporting with marketing activities including the creation of case studies, customer success stories and providing content for newsletters, company website etc.

· Hosting customers and representing the company at events when required

 

The Contracts Coordinator Candidate:

· Experienced contracts, project or account manager/coordinator role (or similar)
