About the Role:
As Clinical Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of nursing and person-centred care are delivered. You’ll provide strong clinical leadership, support and mentor the nursing and care teams, and help drive continuous improvement across the home.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the clinical team to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care.
Oversee care planning, audits, and clinical governance.
Support with recruitment, training, and staff development.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Deputise for the Home Manager as required.

About You:
Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) with a valid NMC pin.
Previous experience as a Senior Nurse, Unit Manager, or Clinical Lead within elderly or nursing care.
Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills.
Passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care.
