Are you an Electrical Engineer with PLC programming or design knowledge? Are you interested in joining an industry leading manufacturing group that will pay for external training courses to fast track your development into a senior engineering / management role within the business?

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an Electrical Engineer with PLC experience to join the team at their facility in Taunton. The successful applicant will gain access to a first class training programme to develop their skills making them the 'go to' technical engineer within the business for all control system related tasks. After training you will supervise and train the junior electrical engineers and enhance your management skills as the team continue to expand. You will play a vital role in the manufacture, modification and repair of electrical / electronic control systems, working on bespoke equipment within a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in
Taunton with full product training being provided.

You will be working with high profile clients across some of the most regulated engineering sectors such Aerospace, Automotive, Nuclear and Marine. This is an extremely exciting role for a motivated candidate, looking to progress and develop into a manager within a well-established company at the forefront of their sector. You will have the opportunity to increase your earning potential through overtime, which will be paid at x1.5 on weekdays and Saturday mornings, plus overtime paid at double time on Saturday afternoons and Sundays.
