Your new role
As a Senior Risk Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting one of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects - Hinkley Point C. You'll act as a technical lead within the Risk team, ensuring consistent implementation of risk frameworks and processes across the project. This role involves managing contracts ranging from 10m to 500m and guiding junior analysts to deliver high-quality risk and project controls support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate and concise risk insights to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Integrate risk management with cost, schedule, and change control disciplines.
  • Facilitate risk discussions with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Communicate complex risk concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Lead the use of risk management software and mentor others in its application.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in project management, engineering, or related field (desirable).
  • Industry-recognised qualifications in risk/project controls (e.g. MoR Practitioner, APM Risk Level 2).
  • Proven experience in risk management within large-scale infrastructure or regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of project controls and performance assessment techniques.
  • Experience in nuclear or similarly regulated industries is advantageous.
