- Plan, carry out, and report on End Point Assessments (EPA)
- Use your industry expertise to make independent assessment decisions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sector standards
- Handle associated administration and reporting with accuracy and professionalism
- Strong front-of-house hospitality background, ideally covering housekeeping, reception, front office, and events
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role (minimum Level 3 equivalent)
- A valid Assessor qualification (e.g., CAVA, TAQA, A1)
- A genuine passion for hospitality and developing others
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (you’ll be required to travel)
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and other systems (training provided on EPAPro)
