Multi Skilled Operative - Somerset
We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Operative to provide maintenance work on domestic properties in the Somerset Area.
The work is in void properties as well as some responsive work in occupied housing.
Permanent contract with a reputable and well liked maintenance company.
Salary is £35,000 per annum + van + fuel card and benefits which is £17ph on the books.
Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:
- Going to various properties to carry out repairs and maintenance work some planned and some responsive.
- All aspects of maintenance work
- Completing a variety of works in various trades
- Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, decorating etc.
- Driving a company van safely
Multiskilled Operative Requirements:
- Good multi-trade experience
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Qualification in a trade would be advantageous
