This is a brilliant opportunity to join this family business as their opening General Manager of their next venture with a ton of awards behind them already after their last two foodie pubs with rooms already making waves in the West country.
For this role it really is all about you and your character a bonus if you have already got experience of running a busy successful pub that draws the crowds for fabulous food and decent wines with a great atmosphere but my client is willing to teach what you dont know, so long as you have are a born host with a real passion for making your clients happy! We are in need of someone who is gregarious, who is simply brilliant front of house like I say a born host! Someone who is upbeat, energetic, positive, outgoing, super friendly and a team player. Someone would fit culturally who has a good sense of fun, this is not a corporate, rather you would be joining a young successful foodie pub company that really stands out from the rest
My client is passionate about creating great guest experience and know the difference between what good and great service feels and looks like.
