Reed Education Bristol are currently seeking a passionate and committed Science Teacher to join a thriving specialist SEMH school located within Taunton. This is a full-time, permanent position to start in September 2025. 

The school is a mixed independent specialist day school for pupils aged 11-18 years, catering for children across the Autistic spectrum with associated needs. As a team of dedicated staff, they work together to provide and ensure successful outcomes for students. The school proudly steer children in the right direction, nurturing the aspirations and goals to progress both academically and socially to encourage students feel pride in their achievements. This school continues to flourish and provides plenty of challenges with a wide variety of development opportunities- no day will be the same!

As the Science Teacher, you will:

  • Be responsible for the delivery of engaging and challenging lesson plans
  • Ensure that the department and the school are successful in achieving aims
  • Be enthusiastic and flexible, with determination to develop within your role

The salary for this position is currently set at £30,000 to £41,333 depending on experience.
