Specialist Care Support Worker – Autism – Taunton, Somerset

Are you passionate about making a real difference? Our customer is looking for a dedicated Specialist Support Worker to join their team. Shared interests in baking, arts, crafts, and using an iPad would be a bonus! Compassion, kindness, and patience are essential.

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £14 per hour

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's licence
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience with young adults with autism
  • Personal care experience
  • Calm under pressure, with a willingness to learn
  • Training in PECs, TEACCH, BSL, and Positive Behaviour Support would be advantageous however not an essential as full training provided.
