This is a full-time, Monday–Friday permanent position with exciting career prospects. Salary is up to £30,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience in a similar professional role
- Knowledge of insurance products and/or experience working in a regulated environment
- The ability to listen, understand, and identify customer needs
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Certificate in Insurance (desirable)
