Agricultural Property (residential Conveyancer considered, with a strong interest in agricultural) Solicitor or Legal Executive – Taunton, Somerset

What will you do?  

  • Advise a wide client base including: farming families, landed estates, investors, banks as well as private individuals
  • Manage your own caseload across broad property types including: 
  • Listed buildings, high value rural residential properties & unregistered land
  • Advise on complex farm/agricultural property transactions from bare land, working farms and large estates
  • Projects will include: farm diversification and renewable energy projects, nutrient neutrality issues
  • Advise on support payments and tenancies, rights of way, environmental issues (+ all aspects of the sale, purchase and mortgaging of agricultural land and farms) 
  • Work closely with and be supported by other departments including real estate, energy & planning  

 What will you need? 

  • To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
  • At least 1 year property experience
  • Ideally your experience should include HNW property matters  
  • Candidates with agricultural experience from smaller practice's and looking to step up are very welcome to apply
