What will you do?
- Advise a wide client base including: farming families, landed estates, investors, banks as well as private individuals
- Manage your own caseload across broad property types including:
- Listed buildings, high value rural residential properties & unregistered land
- Advise on complex farm/agricultural property transactions from bare land, working farms and large estates
- Projects will include: farm diversification and renewable energy projects, nutrient neutrality issues
- Advise on support payments and tenancies, rights of way, environmental issues (+ all aspects of the sale, purchase and mortgaging of agricultural land and farms)
- Work closely with and be supported by other departments including real estate, energy & planning
What will you need?
- To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
- At least 1 year property experience
- Ideally your experience should include HNW property matters
- Candidates with agricultural experience from smaller practice's and looking to step up are very welcome to apply
