Paralegal – Corporate | Taunton | Legal 500 Firm | Progression & Quality Mentoring A nationally recognised South West law firm that’s employee-owned, is looking to add a strong, motivated Paralegal to their Corporate team.The team is a forward-thinking, specialist department focused on Insolvency & Restructuring and Banking & Finance. The team is balanced with partners, senior associates, and paralegals working closely together. A headcount of over 25 staff, it handles a diverse range of corporate matters, generating multi-million-pound annual revenue. In this role, you’ll support the team on both contentious and non-contentious matters for insolvency practitioners, businesses, and individuals. You’ll gain exposure to debt restructuring and financing, distressed acquisitions and sales, insolvency litigation support, and secured lending work. Your responsibilities will include case preparation, document management, legal research, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.Ideally, you'll have previous experience in corporate or commercial law. The firm offers a competitive salary and a benefits package designed to support work-life balance and wellbeing.
