The Outdoor Plant Manager position would suit someone with strong horticultural knowledge and retail or horticultural background who has an energetic personality and creative approach to plant retailing. If you're meticulous about presentation and visual merchandising, have excellent communication skills, and can recognise and act on sales opportunities whilst leading and developing your team, this role is ideal for you.
