Contract Details: Permanent, Part-Time - 30 hours over 4 days (Tuesdays essential, flexible on other days)

Responsibilities:
As the Administrator, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for client and healthcare professional enquiries via phone, email, and web.
  • Manage client onboarding, progress tracking, and offboarding using the client management system.
  • Coordinate initial consultations, process payments, and issue contracts.
  • Handle requests for room bookings.
  • Administer invoicing and payments for clients and healthcare professionals using finance systems.
  • Support onboarding of new healthcare professionals and placements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and digital tools to ensure smooth operations.
  • Attend weekly operational and quarterly meetings.
  • Oversee office supplies and room maintenance checks.
  • Provide administrative support to the Client Manager and Directors as needed.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAGE is highly desirable
