My client, a successful and growing food & drink manufacturer, is looking to recruit a production supervisor / Line leader / Team leader / Charge hand for a role they have at their growing site in Taunton. 聽The successful shift supervisor will enjoy being 聽'hands on' and managing a small team. 聽Reporting into the Production Manager you will be working a Monday - Friday day based 42hr week. 聽The salary will be 拢28-30K depending on experience and there maybe some overtime during busy periods. (Overtime is paid at X1.5) 聽聽

The successful 聽Production supervisor / Line leader / Charge hand 聽Must ideally have:
路Previous production supervisory experience,
路Happy working for a growing family business
路Must have previously worked in the food 聽/ drink / pharmaceutical manufacturing sector
路Be happy with working 6.30am starts
路Enjoy working in a flexible 'hands on role'
路Have a good understanding of importance of 'quality' 聽in the production process
路Forklift licence helpful though not essential

The role is commutable from Yeovil, Taunton, Tiverton, Wellington, Bridgwater, Chard, Honiton, and could suit a candidate that has worked as a Production Supervisor, Production Team Leader, Production Manager, Production Co-ordinator in a food, drinks or pharmaceutical manufacturing company
