Location: Taunton
Hours: Monday to Friday, with shifts from 06:00 to 14:00 or 14:00 to 22:00 fixed.
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
Ensure products meet quality standards through regular inspections.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a machine operative or in a similar role is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
