My client is aa leading construction consultancy with a robust pipeline and a passionate team. We're on the lookout for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to help them deliver exciting projects from £500k to £20m.

What You'll Do:
  • Assist in crafting accurate cost estimates and budgets.
  • Support procurement of subcontractors and materials.
  • Monitor project finances and keep costs in check.
  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, and variations.
  • Assist with valuations and final accounts.
  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and site teams.
What We're Looking For:
  • Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • 1-2 years' experience (placement year counts).
  • Strong numerical skills and analytical mindset.
  • Familiarity with construction methods and technology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of industry software is a plus.
  • Full UK driving license preferred.
