Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Job Requirements
- Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (including placement year or graduate role)
- Fresh Graduates will be considered for this role
- Knowledge/experience with JCT contracts advantageous
- Good understanding of construction processes and project lifecycles
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Full UK driving licence required for site travel across the region
