We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a Civil Engineering background and experience using CEMAR to join our client's team in the South West. In this role, you will manage the cost aspects of large civil engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for civil engineering projects.

• Manage and monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle.

• Use CEMAR to manage contract and project administration.

• Assist with procurement, tendering, and contract negotiations.

• Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with cost and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the civil engineering sector.

• Proficiency in CEMAR for contract management.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
