The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Nurseplus, you will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and placing healthcare professionals in rewarding roles across our client base. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for healthcare roles

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising to onboarding

  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal procedures

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous recruitment or sales experience (healthcare sector a plus, but not essential)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
