Main Duties:

  • Manage a team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff.

  • Implement and maintain effective processes to achieve customer satisfaction levels above the manufacturer's national average.

  • Monitor and control costs in line with the business plan, while maintaining quality standards and customer service.

  • Ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with group standards.

  • Adhere to manufacturer standards at all times.

  • Maintain a safe working environment.

  • Monitor colleague performance and provide leadership to achieve business objectives.



The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a premium automotive brand.

  • A successful track record of delivering results through increased performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • A commitment to driving the business forward while maximising customer satisfaction.
