Senior Support Worker – £22,214 per annum – Lowton, Cheshire WA3 2RB

The Role

Do you have experience in care and a natural ability to lead by example? Are you looking for a meaningful role where you can support individuals to live more independently and make every day count?

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team at Ashwood Court Residential in Lowton. You’ll play a key role in leading a small team and delivering high-quality, person-centred support to adults living with learning disabilities, dementia, mental health conditions and physical health needs.

You’ll ensure care is provided in line with support plans, administer medication, and oversee the wellbeing of the people we support. You’ll also support daily living and help individuals engage with their communities. As part of this role, you’ll work on a 6-week rolling rota and participate in sleep-in shifts.

  • Supervise and guide Support Workers to ensure quality service delivery
  • Support residents with personal care, medication, and daily tasks
  • Encourage social inclusion and community access
  • Maintain care records in line with policies

  • Take an active role in care planning and reviews
