Your new companyWe are working with an inclusive and vibrant primary school located in the heart of Taunton, who are committed to providing a supportive and nurturing environment for all our students, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Your new roleWorking as part of a dedicated team who work collaboratively to ensure every child reaches their full potential. We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic SEND Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will support students with SEND, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their educational goals. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with additional needs. What you'll need to succeed

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEND.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Support classroom teachers in managing student behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Help with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
  • Promote inclusion and ensure all students feel valued and supported.
