- Conduct assessments and deliver targeted interventions for pupils with additional needs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality support
- Provide consultation and guidance to staff around communication, language development, and SEN best practice
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of therapy input across two school sites
- HCPC registration (essential)
- Post-qualification experience within SEN or education environments
- Knowledge of and experience using a variety of speech and language assessment tools and therapy approaches tailored for children and young people with complex needs
- Interest in areas such as developmental trauma and attachment
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
