The Role
We are seeking an experienced, calm and food-driven Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a well-established rural inn with rooms near Loch Awe. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who values seasonal Scottish produce, well-run kitchens and a sustainable pace of work.
You will have full responsibility for menu development, kitchen leadership, stock control and standards, working closely with the Front of House & Accommodation Manager to deliver a joined-up guest experience from bar to bedroom to breakfast.

- Proven Head Chef or Senior Sous ready to step up
- Strong grasp of food costing, margins and low-waste cooking
- Confident leader who develops people and sets standards
- Passion for modern Scottish cooking and local sourcing
