Senior Quantity Surveyor – NEC3 | Power & Distribution
Based from either Dundee (site office) or Motherwell | Flexible Working
We’re supporting a key client in the power and utilities sector in their search for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major overhead line and distribution project. This role can be based from either the site office near Dundee or the Motherwell office, with flexibility around working arrangements.
The Role:Our client is looking for an experienced Senior QS with a solid background in NEC3contracts, ideally within the power, utilities, or heavy civils sectors. You’ll take the lead on commercial delivery across the project, working closely with engineering and project teams to manage contracts, costs, and subcontractors.
Key Requirements:-
Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in infrastructure or utilities.

Strong working knowledge of NEC3.

Experience in power, overhead lines, or distribution is highly desirable.

Comfortable working from either Dundee or Motherwell, with occasional travel to the other location as needed.
