Offices based 5 days a week in Teddington (no hybrid working)
This role will support the business with a primary focus on Colleague Relations & Wellbeing, Acquisitions and Reporting within a multi-site fast growing business with over 150 offices.

Ideally a HR SPECALIST with previous experience in HR in from a multi-site environment (Retail , Hospitality or Estate Agency)
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or have significant on-the-job experience as HR Manager or Senior Advisor level within a Multi-site/fast paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
路 Supporting the business with advice and coaching on employee (colleague) relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances and performance management.
路 Provide expert advice, coaching and guidance to the business.
路 Carry out extensive people due diligence as part of the acquisitions process.
路 Manage transition and integration of acquisitions including restructuring where applicable.
路 Reporting - monthly, quarterly and annual people reporting for the business.
路 Contribute to implementation of new HRIS.
路 Implement new colleague benefits platform.
路 Drafting people policies and updating Colleague Handbook.
路 Wellbeing to include EAP, DSE and Occupational Health Referrals.
路 Sickness and absence management.
路 Maternity management.
路 Advice and notetaking for colleague relations meetings.
路 Happy to travel around Greater London as required.
