- Assist the Director with day-to-day administrative tasks, including setting up mortgage packs and chasing outstanding documentation.
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders such as solicitors, estate agents, lenders, clients, and other third parties.
- Support the Director in preparing illustrations, documentation, and applications related to protection services.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear, professional communication at all times.
- Record and track the progress of client applications using internal systems.

- Experience working with in financial Services, ideally mortgages
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
