We currently have an exciting opportunity with a Housing organisation for a Senior Subcontractor Coordinator on a full-time permanent basis. This role is based in the Richmond area and offers a great opportunity to work within a collaborative and high-performing team.Job Title: Senior Subcontractor CoordinatorSalary: £38,445 per annumContract: Permanent roleResponsibilities of Senior Subcontractor Coordinator:
- Manage and coordinate subcontractor-delivered work across Responsive and Voids repairs.
- Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, stakeholders, and internal departments.
- Monitor subcontractor performance using data reporting and KPI tracking.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety, SLAs, and commercial agreements.
- Support delivery of site inductions, manage administrative teams, and lead on asbestos/fire risk works.
Requirements for Senior Subcontractor Coordinator:
- Previous experience in a social housing repairs/voids environment.
- Strong ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel and housing job management systems.
- Proven experience implementing service improvements and managing change.
- Ability to drive performance and maintain service excellence.
