Meridian is seeking Resource Schedulers to join our clients expanding repairs service delivery team.

Your role will be to make sure our operatives and subcontractors are in the right place at the right time, so we can be there for our customers when they need us and keep their homes in the best possible condition. If you love problem-solving, coordinating moving parts, and making sure everything runs like clockwork, this could be the perfect role for you.
In a typical day, youll monitor daily work volumes, allocate resources efficiently, and make sure appointments are metall while working closely with operatives, contractors, and other teams to find solutions that put customers at the heart of our clients service. Youll also track job progress, update schedules, and escalate issues when needed, ensuring we always deliver on our commitments.
Your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail will keep things running smoothly. Using your showstopping communication skills, youll make sure customers and colleagues are always kept in the loop. Youll be adaptable, self-motivated and able to juggle priorities, finding solutions that help us deliver first-class service for every project, home and customer, every time.
