The OpportunityWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our expanding team. You’ll play a dual role—providing vital bookkeeping, payroll, and Xero support to our clients, while also leading the way in developing AI-based process automation to enhance the efficiency and quality of our services. Your key duties will include:
- VAT return preparation
- Client bookkeeping (Xero-based)
- Client payroll processing, including HMRC submissions and payment file
- Providing Xero support to clients and team members
- Supporting client onboarding activities
- Working with our bot provider to automate bookkeeping and payroll processes
Personal ProfileYou’ll be someone who thrives on responsibility and continuous improvement. With experience in bookkeeping and/or payroll and be confident in using cloud-based systems and open to embracing automation and new tech. You'll need strong communication and time management skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Hours and Benefits
- Flexible, full-time role (exact hours negotiable)
- Salary range £28,000-£35,000 FTE, depending on experience
