We are currently seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to support our client’s team with essential office operations, communication, and coordination. The Opportunity:
- Providing administrative support across departments as needed
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Processing documentation with precision and care
- Assisting with scheduling meetings, appointments, and diary management
- Responding to emails and correspondence in a timely and clear manner
Personal Profile:
- You MUST have previous office- based admin experience.
- Good knowledge of all Excel systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
