Day Shift - Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
We are looking for a motivated Technical Engineer to join a market leading company in their respective field. Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will primarily be responsible for using Cad technical drawing program and to assist in the design of future projects and engineer improvements on machinery purchased .With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. The position will appeal to a strong engineer looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.
Role Description
- Complete drawings to improve machinery
- Design and development on future machines
- Diagnose faults on machines using electronics and pneumatics
- Carry out field-based repairs as and when required
- Ensure that all Health and Safety regulations are followed
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge using Cad programs - Qualified preferred but not essential
- Experience with Electronics and Pneumatics
- Enthusiastic, methodical and assertive
