SES Sterling Ltd, is an established and trusted name in cable management solutions. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our on-site team.
Key Responsibilities:Input customer orders accurately into the system
Prepare and issue customer quotations
Provide proof of delivery (POD) documentation
Liaise with a wide customer base regarding products and services
Book in stock deliveries and manage inventory records
Prepare export paperwork for Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland
AS400 system experience is a must
Strong command of the English language for professional communication
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
Willingness to assist with various administrative and team tasks
Prior experience in a sales office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
