We are hiring an Assembly Lead Operator

We are looking for an Assembly Lead Operator to be a part of the assembly/ production team in Telford. This role is based in a friendly warehouse, with the team handling high customer order volumes. You'll be an important part of the team, helping to maintain the worldwide demand and success of the company.

 

Duties of an Assembly Lead Operator

Reporting to the Assembly Team Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure products are produced/ assembled to specification
  • Conduct quality& safetychecks, ensuring products are to the highest of standards
  • Working in a fast-pacedenvironment, ensuring targets are met
  • Lead the team when the coordinator is absent

 

Skills and Experience Required

As an Assembly Lead Operative, you should have experience with:

  • Assembly/ Production
  • Team/ People Management
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Basic Knowledge of HPS2.0

It would also be beneficial if you have:

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal English
  • Access to reliable transport (site accessible via car, public transport, walking or cycling)
  • Knowledge of the Company's goals and objectives
