Look no further— our Client is on the hunt for a talented eCommerce Manager to manage their new European website!Your Role:As the eCommerce Manager, you'll oversee the P&L for the new French website, primarily focused on maximising conversion rates and online sales. Collaborating with the Marketing, Tech, and Logistics teams, you'll ensure a seamless rollout in the French market and drive the online growth strategy.Key Responsibilities:- Manage online trading initiatives and the end-to-end e-commerce operation.- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on impactful digital marketing campaigns and promotions.- Work with our Tech Manager to create an exceptional UX/UI that keeps customers engaged.- Monitor web stats and generate insightful reports on digital performance.- Maintain and administer the UK & Ireland websites with precision.- Align the website with the wider Groups’ brand and strategy.- Support social media campaigns and manage content updates.- Respond to security and performance issues swiftly.What We Need from You:- Strong understanding of French customer needs and a ideally a French speaker (although this is not essential).- A commercial mindset, able to pinpoint market gaps and opportunities.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present at all levels.- Proficiency in data analysis, enabling you to make quick, informed commercial decisions.- Negotiation skills to build professional relationships.- Experience in enhancing customer experience through active listening and feedback implementation.- Familiarity with managing external marketing campaigns across various partners.Here’s What They Offer:- Opportunity to build and lead a thriving department in a rapidly expanding, award-winning company.
