Fabrication Press Brake Operator (Nights)
Location: Telford
Salary: £13.99 p/h + 30% Shift Premium
Hours of Work:37.5 Hours, 10PM - 6AM
Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)
We are hiring for a Fabrication Press Brake Operator that can work on Night Shifts. This is a role for a major worldwide company in Telford, and you will be need experience using Amada machines, preferably with punch or press break experience.
Duties of a Fabrication Press Brake Operator
- Loading and unloading of parts.
- Quality Inspection of parts using equipment and gauges
- Working from engineering drawings to BS / ISO standards is required for the role of Brake Press Setter.
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment the equipment
- Keeping the workspace in an organised manner
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and regulations.
Skills and experience of a Fabrication Press Brake Operator
As a Fabrication Press Brake Operator, you need have experience with;
- Previous experience of press brakingor punch braking
- Previous experience of Amada machines would be beneficial
- Ability to interpret and work to Engineering drawings
- Ability to plan and work from own initiative, with minimum supervision
