As a Teaching Assistant, you will:- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with severe learning difficulties and BSL needs- Use BSL to communicate effectively with pupils and support their learning and social development- Help implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and adapt activities to suit each child's needs- Assist with personal care, sensory support, and classroom transitions where required- Work closely with teachers, speech & language therapists, and other support staff to ensure pupils receive holistic and consistent care- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment that promotes engagement and progressWho We're Looking For:- We're seeking a calm, patient, and resilient individual with a genuine passion for supporting pupils with complex needs.
