Shift: Permanent Nights Sun – Fri 40 Hours

What You Will Do:

  • Carry out efficient and high-standard maintenance tasks, both planned and reactive, to ensure the smooth operation of all manufacturing machinery.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues promptly, maintaining accurate documentation throughout.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Hygiene legislation, reporting any deviations immediately.
  • Collaborate with production, print room, and warehouse teams to address machinery issues and optimise performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing machinery performance and output.
  • Install and test electrical circuits in line with 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, ensuring all work meets regulatory standards.

What You Will Bring:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, along with 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills in electrical systems, with knowledge of PLCs and electrical maintenance.
  • BTEC ONC/HNC in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
  • IT literacy, with experience using CMMS and reporting tools to track work orders and asset performance.
