Job Title: Senior Controls Engineer
Salary: Up to 65,000 per annum
Hours: 8AM - 5PM
We are recruiting a Senior Controls Engineer to lead and deliver automation projects from design through to commissioning and final acceptance. This is a senior role requiring strong controls engineering expertise and proven project management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple automation projects end-to-end
- Produce and manage Functional Design Specifications (FDS)
- Design controls layouts and technical documentation
- Manage project resources, schedules, budgets, and materials
- Oversee FAT, installation planning, commissioning, and final acceptance
- Provide weekly project updates, highlighting risks and progress
- Mentor junior engineers and project managers
- Attend customer sites as required
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior Controls Engineer or similar
- Strong controls engineering background (PLC / automation systems)
- Solid project management experience, managing multiple projects
- Experience with FDS, electrical design, FAT, and commissioning
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
